For anyone who is Irish, feels Irish, loves the Irish ... or just likes wearing green and drinking Guinness ...a group is gathering at the Optimist (Bulevar Despota Stefana 22, opposite the top of Skadarlija) at about 8pm for a few drinks to mark St Pats.
