Place to Study?

Hi- I would like to find a place near studenski trg to study, and an internet cafe. I heard of Plato for the internet cafe, but I would also like to find out a place like a library where I can go and study from a book for 4 or 5 hours at a time with no one bothering me or thinking I'm weird. People tell me to go to a coffee shop, but I think it is rude to sit at a restaurant table for 5 hours and only buy a coffee or two. So a library? Or can you go inside the University and study without a student ID? I like to sit outside at Studenski trg, except someone ALWAYS sits down immediately right beside me and lights up their smokes!

why don't you try the park at kalamegdan? It's right next to studentski trg, or even the park at studenski trg (which is full of drug dealers by the way)

This is a nice place not far from studentski trg, you have alot of space. It's a Kafic...I'm also a non smoker, apart from when I'm drunk :D so I hate smoke as much as you do, but the smoking ban isn't yet present here so I guess it's live and let live.

Time Out Lounge is a good option. Next doot to the faculty, Free Wireless, nice drinks, no-smoking inside.

Hi Lisa,

You have a library right on Studentski Trg # 19 (left side is the adult library - right side childrens library) you cant miss it .. the entrance is right off the street. They work everynight till 7 or 8pm Saturdays I think till 1 or 3pm (not sure). The staff is very nice and helpful.

Another quite coffee house I like is Costa Coffee on Terazije in the basement it's NON-Smoking and you could sit there as long as you like, internet, plus the coffee is great.
Thanks to whoever it was that advised timeout cafe...its right near my apartment and I never knew it was non-smoking?????
