exchanging driving liscence

I was wondering if anybody knows where to get the health certificate for exchanging my driving liscence. I got all the info. on what documents I need plus this health certificate. All I know is that theres a center that deals with these certificates. Anyone know whereabouts it is?

You are looking for a Medicina Rada certificate.

Three options:

1. Students polyclicnic on Krunska street. Its a bit cheaper and quiter than the main one (see below). Anyone can go, not just students.

2. The other one is the main center. Its insanely busy and best avoided: Vojvode Vuka 10 tel. 2766-855. Radno vreme: 7-19 h

Apparently you can get the certificate anywhere there is a medical fascility, but there two are well known,

3. A third option may be a private hospital like Bel Medic (http://www.belmedic.rs/) . It is an excellent clinic. Ask them on 011 3091000.
