Most of the engines responsible are the old and badly maintained YUnoGOs, VW Golfs mark1 and other crap. I really don't get it because as a foreigner driving on temporary plates I have to pass the MOT, which includes exhaust checks, every year. I live near kosjutnak (forest) and although not entirely free of pollution I recommend it for anyone who wants a half decent quality of living. Dear Jonathan
